The reference to "all persons born" clearly RESPECTS the existence of unborn persons in addition to the class of people referred to as born persons. The two references to "any PERSON" are not restrictive to citizens of the United States of America. It would equally include traveling persons, alien persons in residence, and persons not yet born. It is clear that the personhood of fetuses is hereby established and that these preborn persons residing in the jurisdiction of the United States of America have constitutional protection as to their right to life and equal protection under the laws of this nation. Town Clerks, Judges, etc. should all be examined on positions affecting moral values. Both statements and public history should be examined for authenticity. No office should considered so insignificant as not to be important in relationship to their position on abortion, including local elections. Every elective office even in the smallest locality should be listed including that of Animal Control Officer, etc. To knowingly and willfully take the life of an innocent person from instant of conception to the moment of natural death, in the natural order, is murder. Membership in a secret society such as the Masons, Skull and Bones, B'nai B'rith, Illuminati, Bohemian Club, related religions and intertwined organizations, etc. are of satanic origin even though many or most of their members do not know of this affiliation. These are at least indirectly associated with high level Satanism, warlocks and witches. Secret societies are commonly affiliated with the "One World Order", a system that is both greedy and power hungry desiring to control all elements of life. Commonly they are sexually promiscuous and practice various perversions. Communism, Fascism and Marxism are intertwined with socialism. Canon Law makes it clear that anyone having an abortion or knowingly participating in an abortion is under automatic excommunication. Can. 1398 A person who actually procures an abortion incurs a latae sententiae excommunication. Can. 1329 §2 In the case of a latae sententiae penalty attached to an offense, accomplices, even though not mentioned in the law or precept, incur the same penalty if, without their assistance, the crime would not have been committed, and if the penalty is of such a nature as to be able to affect them; otherwise, they can be punished with ferendae sententiae penalties. Exceptions exist (Canons 1322-1325, 1328). If congregations are taught correctly, from the pulpit or in writings of the bishop, a Catholic's ignorance would not be an excuse. Few bishops have said much on the subject and are accountable before God. Can. 1367 One who throws away the consecrated species or, for a sacrilegious purpose, takes them away or keeps them, incurs a latae sententiae excommunication reserved to the Apostolic See; a cleric, moreover, may be punished with some other penalty, not excluding dismissal from the clerical state. Giving Jesus to a publicly known grave sinner is worse than giving Jesus to dogs. It is also the cause of grave scandal. Wars, bad economy, fires, floods, etc. are a consequence of sin. God is displeased, angry that mankind thinks that food in one's belly is more important than faith and morals. Fr. David C.
